  2. Auto-recycleSubmitted documents are automatically recycled into the buffer slot. Users cannot reach them; the documents wait for approval.
  3. Reject returnArchivists can issue a return via the expense system; the user is notified and retrieves the rejected document with a one-time code.
  4. Auto-archiveOnce approved, the device automatically files the document and prints the matching journal voucher, bank receipt and approval record as attachments.
