Flow R standard feature list
- Scan-and-dropSelf-service scanning uploads document images to the imaging system. Auto-detection of 1D/2D barcodes; auto-grouping by code; live image preview; physical eject; rescan / replace-scan; per-document ID editing.
- Auto-recycleSubmitted documents are automatically recycled into the buffer slot. Users cannot reach them; the documents wait for approval.
- Reject returnArchivists can issue a return via the expense system; the user is notified and retrieves the rejected document with a one-time code.
- Auto-archiveOnce approved, the device automatically files the document and prints the matching journal voucher, bank receipt and approval record as attachments.
- Auto-packDocuments of the same type are batched together, bound, and routed into the collection bin.
- Capacity alertsLive display of remaining print consumables and bin capacity. Drop-off is blocked at the threshold and administrators are notified.
- Remote opsRemote firmware update, reboot and shutdown; live monitoring of host disk, bin capacity and consumables.
- AuthenticationBarcode and face-recognition login; SSO integration supported.

PREMIUM
Dedicated unit for high-volume voucher archive centers
Built for voucher archive centers —
after frontline intake is already in place
Flow A serves large enterprises and groups whose voucher archive centers already receive documents from frontline intake. It automates voucher sorting, matched printing, archive routing and master-data write-back — taking the load off month-end and quarter-end closing peaks, with built-in support for mixed media, long-term retention and audit compliance.
- Continuous archiving · batch processing without stops — built for month-end and quarter-end peaks
- Multi-type voucher recognition · identifies, classifies and archives a wide range of voucher media; rules configurable per workflow
- Real-time write-back · every archive action immediately syncs back to the master data
- Kylin V10 compliant · meets domestic-OS compliance for enterprise IT requirements

Flow A standard feature list
- Auto-feedThe sorting station picks up physical expense documents and loads them onto the transport tray.
- Transport recognitionA sensor triggers the conveyor when paper is detected; a barcode reader is positioned above the conveyor.
- Status lookupThe reader resolves the expense-form barcode and queries the back-end for current status.
- Matched printingForms flow into the sorter; the printer outputs bank receipt, approval record and journal voucher in sequence.
- Auto-archiveAfter printing, originals, bank receipt, approval record and journal voucher flow into their respective bins.
- Remote opsFirmware update, reboot, shutdown over the network; live monitoring of disk, bin capacity and feeder stock.
- Auto-lift feederThe loading station rises and lowers automatically.
- Pick & placePick-and-release of paper handled by the gripper.
- ConveyorTransports paper along the path.
- ReaderResolves barcodes for status routing.
- PrinterExecutes matched printing for each voucher set.
- BinsRoutes each output to its designated collection bin.

STANDARD
Front-line intake for branch offices
Push intake to the business entry point —
relieve the HQ archive backlog
Flow C is designed for branch offices, project sites and regional centers — acting as the front-line intake node feeding the headquarters FSSC. Employees self-print, scan-and-drop, auto-bind and recycle at the point of business, while data and physical documents flow back to the HQ archive — creating a "distributed intake, centralized archiving" loop.
- Employee self-submission · branch-level scan-and-submit removes manual collection and mail-back
- Up-front validation · rule-based pre-checks flag bad submissions before they reach HQ
- HQ-side coordination · acts as front-line intake for Flow R or Flow A
- Easy deployment · suitable for fast roll-out across branches, project sites and regional centers

Flow C standard feature list
- Self-printUsers can scan to print expense documents on the unit. A4 paper for invoice mounting, glue and a workspace are provided on the cabinet.
- Scan-and-dropSelf-service scanning uploads images to the imaging system. Auto-detection of 1D/2D barcodes, auto-grouping, live preview, rescan / replace-scan, per-document ID editing.
- Auto-bindingEach document set is bound independently to keep physical and digital copies in sync.
- Auto-recycleSubmitted documents are recycled into the bin. Users cannot retrieve them; archivists collect them later.
- Reject returnArchivists scan to open the bin and place the rejected document; the user is notified and retrieves it with a code.
- Capacity alertsLive display of binder stock and bin capacity; submissions blocked at threshold, administrators notified.
- Remote opsFirmware update, reboot, shutdown remotely; live host disk, bin and consumable monitoring.
- AuthenticationBarcode and face-recognition login; SSO integration supported.

LITE
Lightweight pilot intake device
Prove it on a small footprint —
then scale up
Flow S is a compact intake side-cabinet built for mid-sized organizations, departmental pilots, or initial validation at large groups. Use it to prove out the scan-validate-and-drop flow at low cost, then scale up to Flow C or Flow R deployments as volumes justify.
- Low-friction pilot · validate the intake workflow with minimal up-front investment
- Flexible deployment · no dedicated server room; place on a desk or front counter
- Small-scope validation · large organizations run one department first, then expand
- Smooth upgrade path · after pilot, scale to Flow C or Flow R deployments

Flow S standard feature list
- Scan-and-validateThe user scans the document's barcode / QR code; the back-end confirms drop-off eligibility.
- Auto-open drop-offOnce validated, the cabinet door opens automatically. The user drops in the document; voice prompts request the user to close the door.
- Submission completeClosing the door completes the drop-off flow.
- Failure messagingIf validation fails, the screen shows the back-end's failure reason and the cabinet announces it via voice.

DECISION GUIDE
Which model is right for me?
Three questions, three picks. Map your situation to the right Flow.
We're a group HQ or large FSSC with high daily volume; we need intake, scanning, sorting, buffering and archiving in one machine.
For HQ-level centralized deployments — typically with strict demands on throughput, system integration, device reliability, domestic OS compatibility and end-to-end traceability.
We already have frontline intake in place; today's pain is voucher archiving, classification, matching and long-term retention.
For groups and FSSCs whose pain has shifted from intake to closing-cycle archive throughput — solving month-end and quarter-end batch peaks and audit compliance.
We're a branch, project site, department or pilot team that wants to prove out self-service intake first.
For customers with limited budget, evolving workflows, or a need to validate one site before rolling out further. Choose between Flow C and Flow S based on daily volume and deployment requirements.
