FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Flow A different from Flow R?
Flow A serves voucher archive centers that already have a front-end intake process in place — it focuses on voucher sorting, matched printing, archive routing and write-back. Flow R is the flagship all-in-one intake-plus-archiving machine. The two are often deployed together: Flow R handles front-line intake, Flow A handles back-end voucher archiving.
Does Flow A support a domestic-stack (信创) environment?
Yes — Flow A is compatible with the Kirin V10 operating system for domestic-stack compliance.
What is Flow A's voucher recycling capacity?
1,000 A4 sheets per bin.
Can Flow A handle month-end and quarter-end peaks?
Yes — it supports continuous, non-stop batch archiving to absorb month-end and quarter-end voucher processing peaks.
