Flow A voucher archive deployment
An automated path from cloud finance records to physical archived vouchers: the client app pulls journal vouchers, bank receipts and approval records, and the device matches, prints, sorts and files them.
CCCC Guangzhou Waterway Bureau had progressed through finance digitization — online approval, cloud-based ledger entries and bank-receipt automation — but the printing, matching, sorting and archiving of paper vouchers was still manual.
TURAPING deployed Flow A voucher archiving robot. A client integration pulls journal vouchers, bank receipts and approval records from the cloud finance system; the device automatically prints, matches, sorts and archives them — connecting digital finance data with physical voucher archiving.
In the customer's post-deployment review, the workflow showed fewer process steps, less manual checking and sorting, and improved archiving throughput.

Integrated affairs microservice platform
A consolidated business platform spanning procurement requests, contract registers, attendance, performance, insurance, compliance approvals and operations tickets.
The CCCC Guangzhou Waterway microservice platform is the customer's internal back-office system, spanning procurement requests, contract registers, attendance, performance, insurance, compliance approvals and operations tickets.
The platform supports multiple business flows via a custom workflow engine and business APIs. Upcoming work extends the platform with dynamic project-budget calculation — pushing the calculated results into the cloud finance system via a plugin, to enable forward-looking budget control.

Shuohuang Railway Development Co. Ltd. (a subsidiary of CHN Energy) deployed 8 × IDT-9100 intake & archiving robots along its rail line, covering paper-document intake for coal-transport operations. The project completed initial and final acceptance and migrated to Kylin V10 in line with the group's cybersecurity-center requirements.
