OUR STORY
From one frontline pain point
to a full product family
Since the first prototype in 2016, TURAPING has stayed focused on paper-document automation. The company was formally founded in Guangzhou Nansha in 2019.
Where it started. Inside Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) projects, the "last mile" of paper documents — manual scanning, sorting, pasting, archiving — was always the part nobody had solved. Every time a shared service center went live, the customer would ask the same question:
The starting point. In 2016 the founding team began engineering the first generation of intelligent document intake robots — using a hardware-first approach to solve the paper-flow problem at its source. After two more generations of refinement, the fourth-generation IDT8271 reached production-grade design.
The company. TURAPING was formally founded in Guangzhou Nansha in 2019. The IDT line continued to evolve (IDT8272 → IDT8276 → IDT9001 → IDT9002 → IDT9100) and was deployed across enterprises, hospitals and higher-education institutions. In parallel, the voucher archiving robot (the predecessor of Flow A) became its own product line, specializing in invoice-journal-receipt traceability.
Where we are today. In 2026, TURAPING consolidates the catalog into four flagship models — Flow R / A / C / S, covering large FSSCs, dedicated voucher archive centers, distributed branch intake and lightweight pilot deployments.

Long-standing partner factories handle structural fabrication. TURAPING owns full-unit assembly, system integration, calibration, testing and delivery quality control.

TURAPING has worked with the same strategic partner factory for over 6 years. Enclosures, sheet-metal parts and machined components are fabricated to spec by the partner; TURAPING owns full-unit assembly, system integration, calibration, testing and delivery quality control. This division of labor keeps fabrication quality consistent, while letting the team keep iterating on paper-path mechanics, device reliability and on-site delivery repeatability.

Every product generation came from a real need on a real customer site.
Shanghai · First-generation prototype
The first generation of the intelligent document intake robot took shape in Shanghai. The founding team designed and bench-tested it themselves, proving that automated paper-document handling was an engineering problem worth solving.
Generations 2 & 3 — core architecture
Two more generations refined the core architecture — solving double-feed detection, paper-path reliability and the standards for rejecting non-compliant submissions in a shared-service context.
IDT8271 reaches production · TURAPING founded
The fourth-generation IDT8271 reached production-grade design. TURAPING (Guangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. was formally founded in Guangzhou Nansha.
IDT-series multi-generation rollout
IDT8272 → IDT8276 → IDT9001 → IDT9002 → IDT9100. Adapted for Windows 10, Ubuntu and Kylin (domestic Linux) environments, and rolled out at scale to enterprises and public institutions. In parallel, the voucher archiving robot became its own line (predecessor of Flow A).
Shuohuang Railway · 8 × IDT-9100 go live
8 IDT-9100 units went live at Shuohuang Railway, passing acceptance and migrating to the Kylin V10 platform. Operational data over the rollout period showed a device fault rate of approximately 1.97%.
Catalog consolidated into Flow R / A / C / S
The product family is streamlined into four flagship models — Flow R / A / C / S, covering large FSSCs, dedicated voucher archive centers, distributed branch intake and lightweight pilot deployments.

Kamping Ng
FOUNDER & CEO
Kamping graduated from Nanjing Forestry University with a major in Printing Engineering. After early years in printing ERP and enterprise informatization projects, he spent 8 years at ZTEsoft running Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) projects — delivering shared-service implementations for large enterprises including China Mobile, CCCC Group and China Southern Airlines.
He founded TURAPING in 2019, and has stayed personally involved across hardware design, product definition, customer delivery and after-sales service. TURAPING reinvests resources into product iteration, on-site delivery and long-term customer support — so enterprises can get reliable paper-document automation at a controllable total cost.
