Flow S standard feature list
  1. Scan-and-validateThe user scans the document's barcode / QR code; the back-end confirms drop-off eligibility.
  2. Auto-open drop-offOnce validated, the cabinet door opens automatically. The user drops in the document; voice prompts request the user to close the door.
  3. Submission completeClosing the door completes the drop-off flow.
  4. Failure messagingIf validation fails, the screen shows the back-end's failure reason and the cabinet announces it via voice.
